Upon booking, the guest makes a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total rental price within 7 days. Upon receipt of the deposit, the guest will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.
Cancellation
Cancellation up to 21 days before your arrival is FREE OF CHARGE.
If you cancel within these 21 days, if you do not arrive at all or if you leave early, we charge 100% of the total price according to the offer.
Non refundable room rates
In case of booking a non-refundable room rate (10% lower price), the total reservation will be charged and is non-refundable or transferable.
