Parkplatz
Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben der Unterkunft. Jedem Apartment stehen 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

You will find the car park right next to the accommodation. 2 parking spaces are available for each apartment
Haustüre
Der digitale Türöffner befindet sich direkt an der Haustüre. Bitte zuerst über den Display wischen bis die Nummern erscheinen. Danach den 4-stelligen Code eingeben und mit der Raute Taste # bestätigen. Nach dem Ertönen des Wortes ‚unlocked‘ den Türgriff nach unten drücken und die Türe öffnen.
Sollte ein technischer Defekt vorliegen oder ein Stromausfall, befindet sich ein Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten neben der Vordertür (linke Seite). Wir bitten Euch in diesem Fall mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen. Bitte legt den Schlüssel nach Gebrauch auch wieder in die Schlüsselbox. Danke!
Front door
The digital door opener is located directly at the front door. Please first swipe over the display until the numbers appear. Then enter the 4-digit code and confirm with the hash key #. After hearing the word ‘unlocked’ press the door handle down and open the door.
If there is a technical defect or a power failure, there is a key in the key box next to the front door (left side). In this case we ask you to contact us. Please also put the key back in the key box after use. Thank you!

Apartment Schlüsselbox
Euer Apartment Schlüsselkasten befindet sich direkt neben der richtigen Apartmenttür. Bitte zuerst den 4 Stelligen Code eingeben danach gleichzeitig den kleinen schwarzen Knopf nach unten ziehen und den mittleren Teil der Box zu Euch ziehen. Im Schlüsselkasten befindet sich Euer Schlüssel – bitte den Code der Schlüsselbox NICHT selbstständig ändern. Den Schlüsselkasten könnt Ihr die gesamte Aufenthalt über verwenden so kann der Schlüssel nicht verloren gehen.
Apartment key box:
Your apartment key box is located right next to the correct apartment door. Please enter the 4-digit code first, then simultaneously pull down the small black button and pull the middle part of the box towards you. In the key box you will find your key – please do NOT change the code of the key box by yourself. You can use the key box during your entire stay so that the key cannot get lost.

Euer Apartmentschlüssel öffnet auch die Beiden Garagen – Kids Fun und Ski&Bike.
Nach einem gelungenem Skitag in den Alpen könnt Ihr Eure Skiausrüstung direkt bei uns in der Skigarage abstellen. Im Sommer können Wanderequipment oder auch Fahrräder ebenfalls hier eingestellt werden.

After a successful day of skiing in the Alps, you can store your ski equipment directly with us in the ski garage. In summer, hiking equipment or bicycles can also be stored here.
Skischuhwärmer
Der Skischuhraum befindet sich im Keller und ist direkt über das Alpine View Stiegenhaus erreichbar.
Der Schischuhwärmer ist im Winter von 16:00 – 20:00 in Betrieb!
Liebe Gäste wir Bitten Euch, das Stiegenhaus sowie die Apartments nicht mit Skischuhen zu betreten!
Ski Boot Warmer
The ski boot room is located in the basement and is directly accessible via the Alpine View staircase.
The ski boot warmer is in winter from 16:00 – 20:00 in operation!
Dear guests, we ask you not to enter the staircase and the apartments with ski boots!

Netflix bieten wir ebenfalls kostenlos und kann direkt auf den TVs gestreamt werden. (Deutsch & Englisch)

We also offer Netflix free of charge and it can be streamed directly on the TVs. (German & English)
Kaution
Wir verzichten sehr gerne auf Kaution. Es kann immer mal etwas passieren oder kaputt gehen. Sollte das der Fall sein, bitten wir euch uns kurz Bescheid zu geben, damit wir rechtzeitig für Ersatz sorgen können und nachfolgende Gäste das Alpine View Apartments im selben Zustand genießen können wie Ihr. Entstandene Schäden werden bitte gemeinsam mit Euch besprochen und nach Aufwand verrechnet.
Deposit
There is always the chance that something might break or get damaged. In such cases we kindly ask to let us know as soon as possible, to allow us to arrange a replacement so our future guests can enjoy the Alpine View Apartments in the same conditions as you do. Any damage incurred will be discussed with you and charged according to time and effort.
Müll
Bitte ausschließlich die Mülltonnen und Recycling Tonnen mit der Alpine View Aufschrift verwenden. (Parkplatz und rechts neben Garage).
Garbage
Please use only the garbage cans and recycling garbage cans with the Alpine View inscription. (Parking lot and to the right of the garage).
Licht & Fenster
Bitte das Licht beim verlassen des Apartments ausschalten und alle Türen und Fenster schließen!

Unser Leitungswasser ist von höchster Trinkwasserqualität! Ein erfrischendes Glas Leitungswasser tut Körper und Seele gut – und noch viel besser ihr müsst keine schweren Wasserflaschen schleppen, spart Geld und Plastikmüll.
