- tell us your estimated departure time
- note latest check-out time 10:00
- put all dishes into the dishwasher
- clear the fridge and shelves of any food you brought with you
- check to make sure you have all your stuff
- place all rubbish into outside containers
- turn off heater
- turn off all lights
- close and lock apartment door
- leave key in key box
- close main door
